Established in the year 2005, Agni Shanti Buildtech Pvt Ltd is a no new name in the field of engineering and construction companies. We expertise in all the genres of construction works. Agni Shanti Buildtech Pvt Ltd is a private sector company with its headquarters at “SHANTI BUSINESS PARK”, G. N. B. Road, Ambari, and Guwahati- 781001. We work with the motto of ‘Quality Assurance and on Time.’ We have fifty plus engineers and labourers working under the effective guidance of top class managers of the country. We are working together day and night like a family to take the company at its peak of reputation.

In these few years we have grabbed some of the established names in business sectors as our clients. We have been appreciated greatly for our work. The names of some of our clients are- Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd, Dishnet Wireless Systems (AIRCEL), and National Buildings Construction Corporation (NBCC), Tata Teleservices Ltd, LG Electronics, South Indian Bank Logiwiz Etc.

Besides we have worked on various projects in these years across the country. The projects have gained extreme appreciation and moreover have benefited thousands of people with employments. Some of the major projects that we have completed are:

Agni-Shanti Business Park (Ambari, Guwahati): This project is state of the art Commercial building constructed for Vodafone as there main Office cum MSC for North East. Total floor Area is around 20,000 Sqft constructed.
Laying of Optical fiber by Excavation and HDD method: We are also into laying of OFC for Vodafone, Aircel and Tata Indicom. We have total Work Order of around 600 KM in North East and Chattisgarh.
Agni-Shanti Arcade (Garchuk, Guwahati): This project is also state of the art Commercial building constructed for Vodafone as there extended Office cum MSC for North East. Since Vodafone has got very good response in NE they had given as the LOI for constructing another space of 60,000 sqft. In Agni-Shanti Arcade we have constructed 1, 20,000 Sqft.
Construction of development scheme of Champai town (Mizoram).This project is allotted to us by NBCC Ltd.
Construction of Border Fencing and Road along Indo-Bangladesh Border in Mizoram State. This Project is also allotted to us by NBCC.
Agni-Shanti Warehouse (Garchuk, GHY): We have also constructed 30,000 sqft Warehouse space for Vodafone Essar Spacetel Ltd.

Our company Chairman is Wg Cdr SN Agnihotri, a retired Air Force officer, who is alsoon Board of Directors with Satya Gupta Build tech Ltd, based at Lucknow. Our company is headed by our dynamic Managing Director, Mr. Kunal Agnihotri who works day and night with a team of fifty-plus employees to take the company to a different level where quality will not be ever compromised at any cost. We have made significant progress with this aim in mind and have achieved incredible feats in construction. We also promise to take this progress ahead to a much bigger level.
